Posted this on LinkedIn and Dr. Manasi Kekan contributed these two additional titles:
How Women Rise – Sally Helgesen and Dr. Marshall Goldsmith
The Success Principles – Jack Canfield
Thank you, Dr. Kekan for adding these titles to our radar.
Dr. Lisa Hebert suggested these two great additions to the list:
Start With Why by Simon Sinek and The One Thing by Gary Keller
This is from her comment on the LinkedIn post about this blog post.
Another recommendation, Becoming by Michelle Obama. I just finished reading this and it was amazing.

I have a few more to add: Change Your Mind by Michael Pollen, Bad Blood- the story of Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes. Really fascinating and great reads.
For historical fiction – The Dress Lodger. Not well known but fantastic.
