Heather Hammerstedt, MD, MPH is an emergency physician, lifestyle medicine physician, and global health expert. She lives, works and plays in Idaho with her husband, two little boys and a big chocolate lab, and is the CEO of Wholist (a lifestyle medicine consulting and coaching company) and Executive CoFounder of Global Emergency Care (a nonprofit focused on emergency care education and capacity building in Uganda). Creating impact on people for lifestyle change and on populations with health care education is her passion, through speaking, writing, and coaching.
