Dr. Erica Howe is a physician and a nationally known educator, wife, and mother to three crazy kids. As a prolific speaker and lifelong advocate for improved wellness in medicine, she has given hundreds of talks both nationally and internationally on topics like conflict management and boundary setting. In 2018, she founded the 3-day Women Physicians Wellness Conference in Grand Cayman as a way of bringing women physicians together to share their struggles and their strategies for success. Dr. Jyoti Patel is uniquely trained, triple board-certified, and practices Integrative Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Stefania Lima, is the author of “Doctor in Pajamas: The Tale of a Remote Worker M.D.” and is a Board-certified pediatrician with ten years of inpatient and outpatient experience. In addition to completing her course studies as a certified physician executive, she also has over 5 years of experience in Utilization and Case Management. After a well-rounded clinical career, she has worked for 3 major insurers as a medical director and has been working remotely for 4 years. Dr. Mary Claire Haver is a wife, mom, physician, and entrepreneur who has devoted her adult life to women’s health. As a Board Certified OBGYN in the Houston area, Dr. Haver has delivered thousands of babies, completed thousands of well woman exams, counseled patients, taught residents and did everything an academic professor and OBGYN could do. As her patient population aged, she was overwhelmed with the number of complaints and concerns her patients had with weight gain while going through menopause. For years, she told her patients to eat less and exercise more. It wasn’t until she, too, experienced the changes of menopause that she realized this advice doesn’t work.
Dr. Mary Claire Haver is the founder and creator of The Galveston Diet, the first and only nutrition program in the world created by a Female OBGYN, designed for women in menopause. The Galveston Diet is dedicated to helping women reach their health and wellness goals through an anti-inflammatory approach to nutrition. Dr. Andree LeRoy
Dr. Andrée LeRoy is both a Harvard trained medical doctor and a medical intuitive. She is an expert in functional integrative and rehabilitation medicine. She comes from a long lineage of western medicine trained physicians and holistic healers which has shaped her unique and science based approach to integrative and individualized care.
Upon receiving her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana in Molecular and Integrative Physiology, she completed her thesis in Medicinal plants and Herbology. She expanded her knowledge of the body systems and mechanics by practicing as a licensed massage therapist prior to graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School in 2006. She then completed her residencies in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2010 and the Durant Fellowship in Global Health and Refugee Medicine from Massachusetts General Hospital in 2011.
While working at Massachusetts General Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation, Harvard’s official teaching hospital for physical medicine and rehabilitation ranked as top 3 rehabilitation hospitals in the United States, she also remained on faculty at Harvard Medical School for 8 years.
Prior to moving to Los Angeles in 2018 to pursue her passion of optimizing the health and performance of our world’s highest achievers, she completed her Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health & Healing from the University of Santa Monica in 2016 and received training in Functional Medicine, Reiki, Energy Medicine, and Ayurvedic medicine, making her a catalyst for integrating Eastern and Western medicine in order to provide a holistic approach to her practice.

Education & Work History
A California native, she received her medical training at the prestigious University of Nigeria. Her pediatric residency was completed at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey. At the end of her residency she relocated to Georgia, worked in private practice and then went on to become the Founder and CEO of Ivy League Pediatrics.

She brings to this practice a wealth of knowledge, passion for quality child care and providing an exceptional experience for children and their parents. An avid learner, she attends multiple conferences throughout the year to stay abreast of new trends and practices in pediatrics. She has been on staff at Gwinnett Medical Center & Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr Una is passionate about the well-being of children and has strong interests in the areas of newborn care, asthma, ADHD and obesity. As medical director, her hard work & dedication to our patients has earned the practice the ‘Best of Gwinnett’ award for the last five years.
She lives in Peachtree Corners with her husband and four children. She is an active member in her church where she serves as the Executive Pastor and in her spare time she loves to spend time walking in nature.
Dr. Aditi Joshi
Dr. Aditi Joshi is an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician and Telehealth expert working on improving healthcare through technology. She is the Medical Director of JeffConnect, Thomas Jefferson University’s telemedicine platform and has worked in this modality for over 8 years in education, training, quality and operations. She runs the only SAEM approved Telehealth fellowship aimed at training future physicians interested in leading virtual care. Nationally, she serves at the Chair-Elect for the Telehealth committee of the American College of Emergency Physicians, helping expand the role of telehealth within the specialty.
