Dr. Dalian Caraballo is a board-certified family physician based in Miami, FL, at Your Family MD. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned my medical degree at the Iberoamerican University School of Medicine (UNIBE) in Dominican Republic and completed a Family Medicine specialty at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ohio, where she served as a Chief Resident.
After residency, Dr. Caraballo worked in the field of urgent care and occupational medicine before moving to Florida. She served as the Immigration Custom Enforcement’s Staff Physician at the Krome Detention Center in Miami from 2013 until July 2018 where she took care of immigrant detainees, managed the medical housing unit and supervised mid-level providers.
In 2017, Dr. Caraballo opened my Direct Primary care practice with the goal to provide. Little did she know that this new that this move, opened the door that would allow her and our Doctora’s Boricuas group provide emergency medical relief after hurricane Maria.

Dr. Caraballo worked non-stop to get medical supplies to people that were in small villages and unreachable. She sacrificed many sleepless nights in this effort and did it all with a smile!
