Charmaine R Gregory MDEmergency Medicine
Charmaine R. Gregory, MD, was born in Jamaica, West Indies, and moved to New York. There she pursued her childhood dream of becoming a doctor at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine where she earned her medical degree. After graduating, she then went to residency at Duke University Medical Center in emergency medicine. Dr. Gregory is currently a full-time nocturnist emergency physician at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI, where she also is an emergency medicine residency clinical faculty.
Dr. Gregory fell in love with teaching as clinical faculty but became passionate about giving others tools to reclaim wellness when ravaged by burnout. She does this through her work as an occupational wellness champion, fitness coach, and group fitness instructor. As a survivor of burnout, her recovery experience has propelled the establishment of Fervently Fit with Charmaine, LLC. Her platform is having wellness in all parts of life and discusses this through her blog, greatness coaching, and at speaking engagements.
Dr. Gregory is the wife to an entrepreneurial scientist and a mom to three vivacious cherubs. She is also a co-author in “The Chronicles of Women in White Coats”. Along with her love for her family and medicine, her passion is helping busy women reclaim their wellness and unleash their greatness.
