The Women in White Coats Conference focuses on the wellness of female medical providers as well as increasing the skills of women in today’s medical work environment. There will be sessions that include narrative writing, how to negotiate a contract, ways to address impostor syndrome, and how to find a mentor. We will also have wellness workshops for fitness and nutrition.

Relax at our wellness workshops on yoga, meditation and fitness.

 

Grow by attending sessions on topics such as overcoming burnout, tools for resilience, narrative writing, family planning, balancing being a mom and doctor, negotiating a contract, finding a mentor and more. Meanwhile earn up to 10 CME credits.

This Live activity, Women in White Coats Conference and Retreat, with a beginning date of 04/04/2019, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 10.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.  When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
